1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rizzk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Rizzk provides access to aggregated public records information for informational and personal research purposes only. Search results may include criminal record references, sex-offender registry data, court mentions, and neighborhood safety signals compiled from publicly available sources.
3. Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Rizzk is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The information available through this Service may NOT be used as a factor in establishing a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA or similar state laws. Using this Service for such purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Permitted Uses
You may use the Service solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes such as researching your own personal safety, verifying information about people you are personally acquainted with, or exercising your own judgment about individuals in your personal life. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual; (c) as a factor in employment, tenant, credit, or insurance decisions; (d) to collect or harvest personal data about individuals for resale or commercial purposes; (e) to circumvent any technical measures we employ to restrict access; or (f) to introduce malware or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to full report details requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans are available on a weekly or monthly basis. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Accuracy & Disclaimer
Public records data is compiled from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Rizzk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rizzk in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Rizzk. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

Important: Rizzk is not a consumer reporting agency. This service may not be used for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, or any other eligibility decisions governed by the FCRA or similar laws.
