We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information derived from your use of the Service. This includes: • Device identifiers (a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally on your device) • Email address, if you choose to create an account or complete a purchase • Search queries you submit (names, addresses, or neighborhood inputs) • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration • Payment information processed by Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your card number or full payment details on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver and improve the Service; process subscription payments; send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations); maintain security and prevent fraud; analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve features; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under GDPR or similar frameworks, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Service and process payments); legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Service); compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, your consent.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only in the following circumstances: (a) with Stripe, Inc. to process payments; (b) with hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements; (c) when required by law, court order, or valid legal process; (d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rizzk, our users, or the public; (e) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to maintain your anonymous device identifier and preserve search flow state between sessions. We may use first-party cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear stored data at any time through your browser settings, but doing so may reset your access and search history.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Search query logs are retained in anonymized form. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, subject to our legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; port your data to another service. To exercise these rights, use our Remove / Dispute page or contact us directly. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Services
